What I Ate Wednesday: Getting Healthier!

This past week featured Paula and Emil's wedding and me humbling myself for the sake of fitting into my next bridesmaids dress. I ordered the Shakeology 3-Day Refresh and really prayed it would arrive in the mail on Monday so that I could do it Tuesday-Thursday. However, it did not arrive until Tuesday evening, so now I'm doing it Wednesday-Friday, with a slight cheat on Friday since I will have a rehearsal dinner that evening (will still try to eat healthy, but by then, I'll hopefully be in the clear). Even though I couldn't start the refresh on Tuesday, like I wanted to, I have been trying to do a homemade version of the refresh yesterday and Monday. Only eating fruits, veggies, and a few very healthy fats (hummus and nuts). I think the dress already fits a little better. I'm doing my best....but it's not easy. My love for food is intense. I can't wait to eat again!
