What I Ate Wednesday

For breakfast, I started with a green smoothie (consisting of kale, green grapes, pineapple, lemon juice, and flax meal). Very refreshing!

Once I got to work, I had a KIND Healthy Grains bar and some coffee.

Later I had more coffee and a jalapeno string cheese. 

Then a student brought me some mini Mrs. Field's snicker doodle cookies and I had two of those with my coffee.

For lunch I had tuna with avocado, bacon, and grape tomatoes. 

Then a mini Reese's cup. 

Later, lunch continued, with a Greek yogurt with cherry. 

For dinner, Michael and I went to Chickfila, where I had the grilled chicken salad with apple cider vinaigrette. This is really very good!

And then, a mint.
