What I Ate Wednesday

This was a weird day because I was off from work and had back-to-back appointments. 

After a doctor's appointment I stopped at Starbucks for a grande nonfat misto and a protein box. This was my first time to ever eat a hard boiled egg. In over 32 years! I liked it a lot. 

That evening I decorated Christmas cookies with a friend. 

I had 2 glasses of red wine. 

And 2 slices of pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. 

And then a third. Mmm, grease. 

I ate a speedo-clad gingerbread man. 

And an iced sugar cookie.
